Green Kidney Beans (Flageolet)

Kidney beans get a sophisticated twist. These pale green beans are considered the finest of all, and are harvested very early to be tender and small. It's name, Flageolet, means "flute", which speaks of their unique shape. Excellent when combined with vegetable casseroles, or fresh salads. Store in a cool dry place. Imported from France.
