Morels are rare, and only found in the spring, making them less available (and more unique) than other mushrooms species. This tasty and somewhat interesting-looking mushrooms has an elongated shape, resembling a dry and indented pinecone, reminiscent of a sponge in texture and feel. Morels should be fully cooked to enjoy all its flavors and aromas. Preserving them in water retains all the fabulous moisture and fleshiness of the morels, and make it easy to use and cook with. Simply drain and use accordingly. Refrigerate after opening. Grown and jarred in France by Borde. |
