A great 2007 season hails a great year for the proud American Hackleback ( Scaphirhynchus platorynchus). Harvested right in our shores, Hackleback (as well as other American caviars) have the advantage of being by far the freshest caviar product. Morever, Hacklaback is a true sturgeon like a Sevruga and Osetra, and with that comes that nutty flavor in its caviar that is so characterisitc and beloved in that species. Glistening black eggs make this a true caviar experience. |
